Name the thing your matter is about
Not the department — the thing. A bottle, a visit, a residence, a plot, a job, a proposal, a photograph. The subject of your message decides the desk, and almost every matter has exactly one subject even when it feels like it has several.

Read the list below in order and stop at the first line that fits. The four desks do not overlap, so the first match is the right one.

Go to that world's own contact section
Each world's page ends in a section built for enquiries — Greppo at Greppo contact, Arz Faraya at Arz Faraya enquiries, Zaarour Gate at Zaarour Gate register. Use the section rather than the general address: it asks for the details that team needs.
